Delete your EmbSathi account

You can permanently delete your EmbSathi account and the business data in it at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what happens to your data when you do.

How to delete your account

Option A — In the app

1. Log in to the EmbSathi app (web or mobile).
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap “Delete account” near the bottom of the page.
4. Read what will be deleted, then confirm by entering your MPIN.
5. Tap “Delete permanently” to finish. Your account is deleted immediately, and you're signed out.

Option B — If you can't log in

Email davrahardik91@gmail.com from any email address, with the mobile number registered on your EmbSathi account. We'll verify it's you and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your business profile (business name, owner name, address, GST number)
• Your login details (mobile number and MPIN)
• All Materials
• All Costing Sets and Designs, including their photos
• Production data (Machines and Production entries), if you use that module
• App Lock settings

This cannot be undone once confirmed.

What we keep, and why

We keep your payment records and GST invoices even after your account is deleted. This isn't optional for us — Indian tax law requires businesses to retain these records for a set number of years. Once your account is deleted, these records are no longer linked to a usable account and can't be used to log in or access any of your other data — they're kept only for as long as the law requires, and only for that purpose.
